Today, not like every other.
Today I shed the tears.
Today I share the loss of dear family friends who feel their loss.
Today I recall the hardship we all may endure.
Today I recall the beauty that life has in companionship.
Today I am reminded, once again, how important the commitment we make is ~ that to each other and for each other,
in times of transition, it helps.

Good evening Stone.
"Good evening", say the Stone.
Tell me Stone, what is the meaning of falling in love?
"Well, (replied the Stone). Foremost of love, in perspective of your request, we should define the use of the term 'falling' in context of the question".
What do you mean? I asked.
"Since the term 'falling' refers to dropping, decreasing, or even a subsiding, I submit to you that its use here reduces any potential for full actualization of any answer I could give mentioning the term love.
Please, go on, I asked.
"Since our human relations must adjucnt this action of love, they would be better off to suppliment the term 'climbing'.
As love increases all senses physically, emotionally and spiritually, you can understand, that even though Love does not climb or fall, by pre-emption of its use this way, climbing would suggest an equvilant vibration".
I see. Thank you.
"You are welcome. Would you now like me to define the meaning of climbing in love"?
Thank you, no. l believe this sensible exercise, in the use of terms, has  provided a meaning. 
"Peace", said the Stone.
Peace, I replied

Good morning  Creator.
"Good morning Kris", replied the voice.
Thank you so much for this glorious sunny start of this day.
"Oh it is nothing", responded the  voice.
"It is my mood on this morning. I dig bringing joy into the counterparts of my own heart.
Joy is addictive. And so let it be the CAP on your morning".
The CAP, what do you mean? I asked.
"Why Compassion, Acceptance and Peace of course... the counterparts of Joy", said the voice. 
"It is with the Sun on this morning, I offer each of you the CAP".
Thank  you, said I.
I will wear it.
I will show Compassion.
I will be a model of Acceptance.
I will share the Peace.
After all, Joy feels  great!
Peace on this day of Thanks-Giving.

With a fire at my back and the moon out ahead, I await the jouney in slience.
My body Lingers in a wieghtlessness.
My mind is still.
My spirit, in its Peace, knows already...
I am the vehicle.
And subject to any destination ~ lies within.

Going with the flow ~ following my instincs...
I inquired.
What could be the worst I could hear?
I asked.
I ran with the Spirit.
~ My body felt like a big balloon.
~ My heart fluttered in liue of the reply.
And for the moment, I was in a midway place ~
one of feeling the energy when delivering a message from Spirit,
the other, being present within the reality of the question I had just delivered.
The latter... was both hard and easy.
I was equally hypnotized and grounded too.
Running with the  Spirit, the flow captured me.
And if, as my inquiry were common, (it is not), the flow ran with the Spirit.
That's how it got started.
Not my usual journey ~
now like a voyage over water, I am sailing with the Spirit ~
I lie ahead, in Peace, anticipating the Flow.

Below Are pics and the inspired words about a drum making workshop over the course of this past weekend here on my land. It was a great experience.

Three hoops encircled our limbs.
We stood in a ring holding hands to form the hoop.
Fire burned at the center of our Sacred space.
Our bodies, our minds and our hearts... we came together ~ with one voice, beseeching all of our relations.
Three hoops would soon transiton ~ take dress of skin, form a body.
And with a voice, accompany our voice. And with a beat, accompany our heart.



 

In lieu of who we are, each Drum shall tell a story.
And in the end, we shall have allowed ourselves this sacred rite to a place of Peaceful transition.
