As always, this can be a very, very busy show for Kris. Many folks come early and find a wait. This is why it has been recommended to book your reading ahead of the show. Drum making workshop
Constructing the Sacred Drum
Creating the Sacred Drum ~ A Drum making/Journey.
Along with this workshop, Kris will be retelling the stories of the Drum. The why, what and how the drum is used for and in a Shamanic practice. As well what its significance is to ancestral and today's society.
Throughout the day we will be on a conscious journey with our drum in a process of decoration with our personal medicine. This part of day is such a fun and an engaging process for all, as the friendships build out of the laughter of sharing and learning with one another.
The making of the drum is a step by step process that Kris will be facilitating and guiding us on, in order to construct the drum that has personal connection to us as an extension of who we are.
The making of a drum is a spiritual experience in itself. So please come with an open mind and heart, with smiles and joy to share.
Each participant will want to bring a dish to pass for our community meal at end of day, comfortable clothing for outdoor, a blanket or pad for the ground.
This interactive workshop will be held outdoors around the spirit of fire on a sunny day at the edge of woods. The Sacred hoop area is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for being in community while having your space.
All the tools you need will be provided for constructing your drum. Some decorations available.
Each participant should bring along a towel, any mojo, (personal medicine pieces or totems)
Note: These kits are 18 inch, hand held Maple frame that will be dressed in natural hide. Each Kit comes with everything you need to construct your drum.

Haunted Harvest Fall Festival and Psychic Fair
This show is an outdoor event, so please come prepared that way. The show will be held at...Three Bricks Collective 4550-4570 Millennium Drive Geneseo, NY 14454 and is hosted by Scent & Stone.
I will be available for at least Saturday at this show, possibly Sunday as well.
I did my first event at this location for the Bee Fest in July, and it was a huge successful event for all. I stayed busy all day, non stop.
It is very likely this event will follow thru just the same, as Scent & Stone is known for the shows they host.

In Search of The Wotai Stone/Prayer Stone
Weather permitting, this interactive workshop/exercise for obtaining a Power Stone will consist of a journey to the Sacred shoreline of Lake Ontario. Where from the sky on high, Eagles fly and some of the areas most healing stones await your personal discovery. Afterwards, participants will take part in the Shamanic Journey to meet their Power Stone in a new and sacred light to understand it's deeper message or purpose for you. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish or light snack to share for afterward. Bring a blanket or mat to relax on for the journey. Bring drums, rattles, bells, etc... as we will celebrate the cycle of life and the beginning of a new relationship with an offering of prayer, gratitude and fire to commemorate our discovery and new found relation.
For the Shamanic Journey work; No experience other than meditation should be expected. Bring a bandana for the eyes and a journal to record your journey
