Here we are after our 2nd year of the pandemic and excited to get back to this community event.
The Circle of Life Celebration Drummers began this yearly Solstice event in the year 2000.
after beginning that very first event, and prior to its finish, we learned that our vision had aligned with a synchrony of events, where the Dali Lama and Orville Looking Horse, Keeper of the original Sacred Pipe of The Lakota Nation chose to travel the world extending the very same message, the importance of Unity/Peace. Needless to say it felt more right than ever then and we continue to gather on the Summer Solstice.
Our original vision for coming together stated, that by collectively coming together for peace among all nations, we bring a desperately needed healing to Mother Earth. Since then we are observing a world wide inclusive vision. And today we re happy to align with the events of Global Drums Gathering - Water Protectors.
Summer is time for growth, strengthening all life.
Our vision twelve years ago for a changing world remains the same today. And although some of the changes in our world are very tragic, we are well aware that by holding a space for Peace/Unity, we are strengthening, building upon the light, the goodness of this life.

The Drum
The embodiment of all that is, is within the hoop.
The skin is the embodiment of our own skin
The beat is that of our good Mother Earth
It is the beat of all of our ancestors.
The beat of our own hearts-
our brothers and sisters.
The
embodiment of a voice.
Words and thoughts
go out from us -
giving thanks
in ceremony
of a beat
For Unity
and Peace.
come dance
the dance.

Things to know about the event
- For those of you who have attended past drumming, the dinner share will be like always. For those who will attend for the first time, dish to pass-meat or non meat. The eater will decide. Bring your liquid. (no alcohol) This dinner is informal and around the fire with much conversation, laughter and joy. Come one, come all. The food alone is to celebrate and in the past has gone all day long.
- This drumming is not affiliated with any one race, nation or creed. There is no dogma here. We belief that we are the blood of one nation. The human being, blessed by the hand of the Creator, we have been given the gift of our lives. This gift, in accordance with the expression of consciousness, is ours to choose with how we may live. It is free will. It is the ability, in all of its becoming, to know what works in harmony according to how we direct that will.
- As visionaries, we see the synthesis between healing our Earth and healing within, as a perfect equation for peace. If we didn't exist, neither would the world exist as we now know it.
- The emphasis is on our potential. As long as we are here we are pure potential. To personify the potential of diversity we must move through the condition of separation in the context of race, color or creed. Perception is the key...It's how we relate to our world... It's a fresh paradigm... a way of thinking, living and being.
- I encourage you, all races.
Join us with your courage too.
The courage to hold a vision... One Peace/Solidarity among all people. - Although our intent is to keep this event open and free of charges for attendance, donations are greatly appreciated to cover the cost of the wood, toiletry and bathroom facility.
- Please, No pets at this event.
