Bear Medicine Rattle
Made with the root wood from an Apple tree, the Bear Medicine Rattle is decorated with Black Bear fur from the North Eastern NY state area. A black Touch Stone from the shore of Lake Ontario adorns this rattle. At the top is a natural Bear bead (knot from a branch) - only the ears have had a small bit of carving to bring out the Bear. The body of the rattle is Mule Deer which contain 22 small black Basalt stones from the shore of Lake Ontario. The sound is a deep healing tone.
